Choose the kind of home you need
An entire apartment gives you your own kitchen and bathroom. A private room may still involve shared cooking and living space. A residence may offer services with different conditions. Read the listing category carefully, then compare the details that affect everyday life: bed, laundry, heating, outdoor space and internet.
Check the journey you will actually make
A central address and a convenient commute are not always the same thing. Map the entrance of your campus, hospital or office and the time you need to arrive. Include walking and changes. Look at the return journey too, particularly if you work shifts or expect late evenings.
Compare dates and the full cost
Rent includes electricity, water, internet, condominium charges and the local waste tax. You rent directly from the owner, with no agency fees. For Airbnb bookings, any platform fees are shown in the price breakdown before confirmation. Enter your dates to review the total and booking conditions.
Choose among four individual apartments
Blue, Orange, Flower and Terrace are four separate homes, each for one person. Review their own photos and amenity lists instead of assuming every unit has the same equipment. Terrace has a private terrace; the other three listings include a dryer. Send a specific enquiry if you need help choosing.
